I'm still in shock at the absence of the hassle we experienced in Vietnam. After visiting both the Archaeological Museum and the Royal Palace I cant recall a single person trying to sell me anything, ok so there was the odd taxi and tuk tuk driver but even they weren't at all persistent.

Our hotel (Above) was an some old Government Ministers house, now a French run hotel. The beauty of this French involvement is the choice of some very nice food at Cambodian prices, which is very cheap. A few US$ will buy you dinner and a beer.
