After enjoying the luxury of the Hilton for as long as possible we ventured into town to pick up supplies for the cruise, after all we are backpackers. I soon realised that I had left behind some quality artwork that I brought in Xi'an. After retrieving the painting I decided it would do better with China post than myself carrying it round China. Now why is it that even the post offices in China are better than ones in the UK. No queues, after inspecting the painting they wrapped it up for me and it was on its way.
We boarded the luxurious President 1 (above) now I am being sarcastic. We were soon joined by a group of Ozzies and to save us from being outnumbered some fellow Brits.
